Dental Checkups & Cleanings

Our dental checkups involve dental X-rays and a close examination of your teeth, gums, bite, jawbone, and other soft tissues (i.e., lips, tongue, cheeks, etc.). We’ll also perform an oral cancer screening to check for any growths or abnormalities. After reviewing our findings and analyzing the scanned images, we will deliver a treatment plan that we will discuss with you once we are finished cleaning your teeth and removing any plaque and tartar.

Gum Disease Treatment

With scaling and root planing, our dental team can eliminate remnants of harmful bacteria from your teeth and gums so that they don’t reach your bloodstream and cause various systemic problems (i.e., diabetes, heart disease, etc.). With powerful gum disease treatment, we can address bleeding, tenderness, and swelling to restore these tissues to a healthier state while also encouraging proper healing and giving your smile the future it deserves.

Nightguards for Bruxism

You may be unaware of your teeth grinding until the evidence is made clear by your dentist. Enamel erosion and jaw pain are common; however, with a custom nightguard to combat bruxism, you can worry less about your smile when going to bed. The device covers the upper row of teeth so that they do not grind against the lower arch. This not only safeguards your tooth enamel but also alleviates tension in your temporomandibular joints (TMJs).

TMJ Diagnosis & Treatment

Chronic jaw pain is often brought on by stress, teeth grinding, or even a misaligned bite. Our team will work to diagnose the problem quickly so that we can prepare a treatment plan that is right for you. Whether it is an occlusal splint, equilibration or occlusal adjustment, or simple lifestyle changes, we’re here to help you out of pain so that you can continue to live your best life.
